This varies by type of customisation. For logo engraving on existing products we apply a minimum of 100 units.

For fully custom products this is higher, depending on the complexity.

How long does it take before my custom product is ready?

On average, the process from first conversation to delivery takes 4-6 weeks.

This depends on the complexity and whether samples are needed.

In case of urgency we can often work faster in consultation.

Can I receive a sample before I order?

Yes, we always make a sample for approval first before going into production.
