Products and compatibility

Are the dispensers universally refillable?

Yes, almost all our dispensers are universally refillable. This means you are not tied to one supplier for consumables.

However, we recommend our own refills for the best results.

What is the difference between foam soap and liquid soap?

Foam soap dispenses a light foam and uses up to 70% less soap per wash.

Liquid soap gives a richer feel and is suitable for more intensive cleaning.

For most office and public environments, we recommend foam soap.

How do I know which dispenser is suitable for my situation?

What does "touchless" or sensor-operated mean?

Touchless dispensers are equipped with an infrared sensor that detects hands.

This means you do not have to touch the dispenser, which is more hygienic and prevents cross-contamination.

Which soap fits which dispenser?

On every product page you will find information about compatible consumables.

Our dispensers are largely universally refillable, but for optimal performance we recommend our own refills.

Ordering and quotations

Are custom solutions possible in a quotation?

Yes, thanks to our own R&D and production in the Netherlands, we can include custom solutions and private label products in the quotation.

Can I arrange fixed pricing agreements?

Yes, depending on volumes and cooperation, we can make agreements on prices and conditions.

How can I request a quotation?

You can easily request a quotation via the "Request a quote" button on our website.

Add your products, enter your details and requirements, and you will receive a quotation within 24 hours.

Can I also request a quotation for large projects?

Yes, we support wholesalers with both small and large projects and think along with you about the most efficient solution.

Delivery and shipping

How quickly can I expect my products?

Your order is delivered within 24 hours.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow the shipment.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on weight and destination.

For orders above €500 excl. VAT, shipping costs within the Netherlands are waived.

The exact shipping costs are stated in your quotation.

Can I have my products shipped to a different address?

Of course, you can simply provide a different shipping address.

Is pick-up possible?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our address in Veenendaal.

Please indicate this with your order so we can prepare it for you.

Custom solutions and private label

What are the minimum order quantities?

This varies per type of customisation. For logo engraving on existing products we apply a minimum of 100 units.

For fully custom products this is higher, depending on complexity.

We are happy to discuss this in a personal conversation.

How long does it take before my custom solution is ready?

On average, the process from the first conversation to delivery takes 4-6 weeks.

This depends on the complexity and whether samples are needed.

If urgent, we can often work faster in consultation.

Can I receive a sample before ordering?

Yes, we always make a sample for approval first before going into production.

This way you can be sure that the end product meets your expectations.

How much do custom solutions cost?

The costs depend on the type of customisation, complexity and order quantities.

We are happy to provide a no-obligation custom quotation.

The consultation is always free of charge.

Maintenance and warranty

My dispenser no longer works, what now?

First check whether the batteries are still full (for sensor models) and whether the reservoir is not empty.

Is the dispenser still not working? Contact us and we will help you further.

Can I order parts separately?

Yes, for most dispensers separate parts are available such as pumps, sensors and reservoirs.

Do you also offer installation?

For large projects we can arrange or coordinate installation.

How do I maintain my dispenser?

Most dispensers are easy to clean with a damp cloth and mild all-purpose cleaner. Do not use abrasive products.

You will find specific maintenance instructions in our product manuals.

What is the warranty on dispensers?

Our dispensers come with a standard warranty of 2 to 5 years, depending on the product. The exact warranty period is stated on the product page.

Batteries and wear parts are excluded from the warranty.

Account and invoicing

How do I become a customer?

You can request a quotation directly via our website.

On your first order we ask for your company details and create a customer account.

There are no registration fees or obligations.

What are the payment options?

By default we work with prepayment via iDEAL or bank transfer.

For regular customers, payment on account is possible after credit approval. The payment term is 14 days.

Can I pay on account?

Yes, after credit approval, payment on account is possible for business customers.

Ask your account manager or mention this with your quotation request.

How do I receive my invoice?

Invoices are sent digitally to the email address in your account.

On request, we can also send physical invoices.

Do you have a customer portal?

Yes, as a customer you get access to our customer portal where you can view order history, download invoices and easily reorder.
